World Thermal Insulation Materials LLC manufactures WTI Phenolic Pre-Insulated Panels at our Sharjah facility, fusing a fiber-free, rigid thermoset phenolic core with a durable aluminum foil facing on both sides through a specialized continuous production process. UL 181 listed, DCL approved, and free from CFCs and HCFCs, our panels deliver exceptional thermal efficiency, fire resistance, and long-term durability for HVAC ductwork across the region.

Phenolic Panels — 20mm
UL 181-listed pre-insulated phenolic panels with embossed aluminium foil facing. The standard 20mm thickness for high-efficiency HVAC duct fabrication and insulation.
Phenolic Panels — 30mm
The 30mm thickness option for applications demanding higher thermal performance, with the same reinforced aluminium facing and continuous-process phenolic core.
WTI Soffit Insulation

Certified Fabricator Training

Automated CNC Fabrication
Panels up to 4000mm are cut on our ducting CNC machine at 30m/min for clean, accurate joints and less on-site waste.

A complete fabrication kit — aluminium profiles, adhesive, sealant, UL-listed tape, and reinforcement discs — for both 20mm and 30mm systems.
